Provincial holiday calendars, built in. Tanda applies the correct public holidays to each location automatically. BC locations get BC holidays, Ontario locations get Ontario holidays, no manual calendar management required.
Qualification rules applied per employee. Not every employee qualifies on every holiday. Tanda checks eligibility based on each province's rules and applies the entitlement only to those who qualify.
The right formula for every province. Ontario, BC, and Alberta each calculate holiday pay differently. Tanda applies the correct provincial formula automatically and feeds the result into the pay run.
Premium pay for staff who work the holiday. Tanda identifies who worked, applies the correct provincial premium rate, and adds both the holiday pay and the premium to the pay run.
