CLEAR+ AND LUXE

In the event that your Clear+ or Luxe fails to perform as intended, the following notes will help to identify potential problems with the device and its setup.

Indicator

What does it mean

How to react

Light indicator is off while the power adaptor is plugged into a working AC outlet

Battery pack is fully charged.

The device is reasy to use.

  Battery isn't charging properly. Ensure the device is secure in the recharging stand.
Device turns off after 3 minutes. This indicates the end of a treatment cycle. Press the orange button to start another treatment.
Device will not start when the orange power button is pressed.   The white plug may still be in the bottom of the device. Remove the white plug from the bottom of the hand piece.
The device may not be charged. Charge the device.  Indicator light will be orange when charging properly.
The treatment head may not be securely on the hand piece. Remove the treatment head and re-engage with the hand piece.
Indicator light is flashing green but treatment head is not illuminated. The treatment head may not be in full contact with the skin. Ensure that the light surface is touching the skin.
The indicator light isn't orange when device is charging.
The device is not receiving a charge from the power supply. Ensure that the handpiece is firmly in the recharging stand and the stand is plugged into a working AC outlet.
Device shuts off in mid-treatment after only a few treatments.  The device may be overheating due to room or body temperature. Take treatment head off and let the device cool for 5-10 minutes.
You may not be charging your device correctly. See Charging The Battery in the user manual.
LED lights flicker on when treating forehead on nose area. The device is not in full contact with the skin on all sides of the treatment head. Ensure the device is in full contact with the skin.
Device beeps every 30 seconds. The device is programmed to beep every 30 seconds to help you navigate the treatment.  Nothing.

 

 

PEARL

In the event that your Pearl fails to perform as intended, the following notes will help to identify potential problems with the device and its setup.

Indicator

The indicator light appears to be orange for 30 seconds.

 

The gel is not well placed or the gel is too cold.

 

Verify the gel is carefully spread evenly inside the mouth tray.

If the gel was kept in a cold place, leave the mouth-tray containing gel at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to use.

If the problem persists, replace the gel in the mouth tray with a new tube of gel.
The green light turns off after less than 5 minutes of the treatment cycle. The battery level is too low. The Pearl system is designed to complete 50 full whitening treatments.

 

ME

In the event that your Me fails to perform as intended, the following notes will help to identify potential problems with the device and its setup.

Indicator

Control Panel

No lights are on.

Power cable is not connected.

Connect power cable.

Error light is blinking.

1. Button pressed for more than 10 seconds.

2. Grip sensors are held during the start up test.

3. No cartridge level indication.

1. Release button (system will return to standby mode).

2. Place applicator in cradle. Press power on again.

3. Pull out cartridge and re insert. If not working, insert a new cartridge.

elos level lights are blinking+ IPL light pulses stop.

Ambient temperature is too high.

Press elos button again. If not working, move to a cooler area with less than 30 Celsius/86 Fahrenheit degrees.

Continuous error light.

Need to reset the system.

Reset.
Disconnect power cord.
Wait until all lights are off (up to two min).
Reconnect the power cord and turn on the system.

No elos pulses.

1. Not touching grip sensors.

2. RF burs are not in contact with the treated area.

3. elos button is not pressed.

In order for the device to emit elos pulses, make sure all 3 conditions (elos button on, touching grip sensors and RF bars in contact with the skin) are met.

Applicator

elos white light is blinking.

elos slot is empty.

Insert protective cap or cartridge.

epilator/shaver status:
system standby mode.

Epilator/shaver slot is empty.

Insert epilator, shaver or a protective cap.
